Working drawings
The purpose of working drawings are used as a reference for the design. The working drawings are also used as product templates. This lets the creator see if they want to make this design instead of another one. The drawings show the industry standards. This creates an image of the design that is up to code and is supposed to be used with manufacturing businesses. The purpose of the callouts on an assembly document are to pick out certain parts of the assembly and gather more information on them. The callouts also allow all of the different parts of the assembly to be seen. A threaded component is found in many assemblies and this is because they help combine the different parts of the assembly to create the one design. A threaded component also varies in size and shape and each one is beneficial to the different designs. For example, when i was creating my cylinder boxer engine, there were many different screws and bolts to hold the parts together. If these parts were not in my design, it would not be able to move or work properly. I would like to learn how to create more detailed and complex drawings in the future.
